Pricing structure
FertiSoft pricing is based on a per [*concurrent*] user method. The Extended System’s Advantage Database Server is required for system with 5 users or more, but we strongly suggest to use the Extended System’s Advantage Database Server with ALL versions of FertiSoft to keep database integrity and operation speed to a maximum. FertiSoft needs a Windows 2000, 2003 or 2008 Server with Terminal Server licenses and with enough memory to run (Except for the one user version). Option modules, custom programming, support, installation and training are charged separately. For sites with no computer department, we offer a maintenance program via the Internet. ALL prices on this page are in US dollars. Satisfaction is guaranteed.
Phone and Internet support require that your practice be connected to a high speed Internet connection for our technicians to access your system for maintenance. This fee also includes service patches and new revision releases as long as the support is paid for a minimum of one year. The maintenance and support includes ONLY what we supplied (software only). It does NOT include hardware failures. Support for product not supplied by us is not included, but we offer server support below.
